Returns & Exchanges

At Pinklay, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the product is securely sealed.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
